County Clerk

The Saginaw County Clerk's office oversees three major divisions: Vital Records, Elections, and Circuit Court Records.

The Vital Records Division consists of managing, storing, retrieving, and preserving birth, death, and marriage records that occurred in Saginaw County. Furthermore, marriage license applications, assumed names/DBA's, concealed pistol licenses, and notary applications are processed in our office.

The Elections Division is in charge of administering all federal, state, and local elections in Saginaw County; this encompasses the filing of nominating petitions, campaign finance, ballot production, accumulation of vote totals, and election worker training.

The Circuit Court Records Division oversees cases pertaining to civil, criminal, and family matters. This division opens, maintains, tracks, and stores all Circuit Court cases.
